Pre-Apprenticeship

Teaching the skilled trades

Youth Guidance offers a state-registered pre-apprenticeship program for teenagers and young adults ages 16-24. Over eight months, students learn five trades (welding, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electric) and have the opportunity to obtain professional certifications to start a career in the trade sector.

Fostering connection, trust, and purpose
